A last call out to potential participants for our three Microsoft blended courses (Virtual face-to-face & online), ‘Minecraft for Education‘, ’21st Century Learning with Office 365′ and ‘DreamSpace Hacking STEM in the Primary Classroom‘. Participate in live Microsoft Teams workshops for 3 days followed by 2 days online in your own time and learn how to use exciting tools to enhance learning in the primary classroom.
Minecraft for Education
Minecraft Education Edition, Explore how to use Minecraft Education Edition as a cross-curricular learning tool to help improve pupil engagement, collaboration, creative exploration, and learning outcomes.
Minecraft: Education Edition is an open-world game that promotes creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in an immersive environment where the only limit is your pupils’ imagination. Learn how to use Minecraft:EE and create resources to take back to your classroom. Use Minecraft to increase pupils’ motivation and increase opportunities to develop their decision making through solving problems and implementing solutions whilst coding and creating.

21st Century Learning with Office 365
This course will help you learn how to develop and enhance 21st century skills in your classroom using Microsoft’s Office 365 in conjunction with the Microsoft’s Education Centre. 21st century skills are the skills that today’s students will need to be successful in this ever changing world and include communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity, social and emotional intelligence, technological literacy and problem solving.

DreamSpace Hacking STEM in the Primary Classroom
Bring STEM into your classroom by attending the first DreamSpace teacher summer school to explore how teachers can create inquiry and project-based activities focused on STEM (and STEAM) that can be used across the primary curriculum. Using a wide range of digital tools and maker activities, participants will explore ways they can change their own practice to better support STEM learning. Hands-on activities include coding and Maker Space challenges using MakeCode, Micro:Bit and Arcade, with content provided to all participants through Microsoft Teams and OneNote. After this, you can bring a bit of DreamSpace back to your classroom for next year.
