This project provides support material for the teaching of the topic “Bia” to children in third or fourth class in schools where Irish is taught as a second language. The website has a variety of interactive exercises and games e.g. cloze exercises, matching games, crosswords and quizzes. These enable the children to develop their Irish reading and writing skills in an active and enjoyable way. The website has a link to “Clicker grids”. Children who have access to a program called Clicker 4 may use these to write their own stories on aspects of the topic “Bia”.
