Welcome to the course. Thanks for drawing attention to Ehigie’s ‘system of self’ piece. It’s so important that children become aware of the impacts of their individual actions and how these can form a collective. The topic of ‘critical literacy’ is one which we explored in depth as part of webinar 5 for the PLC. I can see very clearly the ways in which development education, human rights and the sustainable development goals can be interwoven here.
